FYI
DND is in the process of ordering us an automated external defibrillator (AED) at no cost that can be stored out at the field in conjunction with our First aid kits.
No exact time outlined yet but we will definitely have it before we begin flying this season.
Once we have it, we'll have a general brief on it, it's pretty easy to use.
In the meantime if you need more info on what is an AED - check here
If you can fly RC, you can operate the AED
PS: I'm wondering if they chose our club since club median age is just above 50....LOL

Thats an amazing piece of safty gear.. we just had these installed in our work trucks. They talk to you and tell you what to do. Even an untrained person can use this
