I have a business appointment that conflicts with Tuesday 5:00PM, however, I have a good Stihl trimmer and would gladly go in sometime during the day Monday or Tuesday and get a good bit of the trimming done. Let me know if that would work and I'll plan accordingly.

FYI WEATHER WARNING ISSUED. Tropical Storm "Chris" has formed off the Carolina's and will be heading our way this week. May reach Hurricane force before arriving. Even if it misses us we still may be impacted by winds.
Keep a watch on the weather for this week.

Hey Ron, worst case, you could drop it in the Steele are wooden shed Monday or Tuesday during the day and then we could use it if you don't mind. Make sure you have string with you

I will be bringing my heavy duty weed-wacker and my ride-on lawn mower (if required).
Kevin, I read that you have done a large portion of the mowing already. Please let me know if we still require the use of my ride-on on Tuesday. I could instead bring my gas push-mower if we need to clean up some smaller areas.

Yes a push mower would be better to get in the tight spaces, I'll still bring my ride-on and can mow the grass flying area while everyone else whipper snips the landing lights and runway. PS I will also bring along my whipper snipper for anyone that doesn't have one and still wants to help out.

Isn’t there a gas push mower in the shed? Does it still work? I have the club’s gas can that had two cycle fuel in it. It was totally rotten fuel. I have new two cycle gas in it for my weed eater and however needs some. That leaves no gas can for regular gas for the lawn mower in the shed.

The mower in the shed hasn't had gas in it for over 2 years and it's better we don't take a chance on counting on it for tomorrow. Once we put some fuel in it and verify it still will run we can use it to clean up around the sheds anytime. We really need the grass mowed before this weekend Hurricane or not. I can bring a small Jerry can with reg fuel to try in it tomorrow and if it works we will have two push mowers (all the better)

I've already packed reg gas and 2 cycle (separate Jerry cans ) and will be bringing the ride-on and whipper snipper. I'll be out at the field a little early (3pm) as I have other things to off load and store out at the field for this weekend. I'll pick up the key and see you all when ever you show up. I'll be making multiple loads (trips) to the field on Thursday and Friday, I'll just need help for the heavy objects on Friday (picnic tables etc.) they will be the last items late in the day Friday. I bet I could still load and off load a picnic table on the truck by myself but why strain myself.

The current track forecast has the storm passing by us on Thursday afternoon with winds starting to diminish on Friday. Saturday should be good, if the forecast holds true.
I will be bringing my push mower and weed-wacker tomorrow. I won't bring my lawn tractor, as it looks like the bulk of the mowing is already done. Please let me know if I am incorrect and a second tractor is required.
I plan to be there tomorrow around 4 pm or so. I will be available to help with set-up on Friday afternoon.

Since I'm retired, I'm planning on being at the field NLT 3pm to start the mowing of the grass flying field. Anyone free after that time can help out. I'll be bringing a spare Whipper snipper for anyone to use while I'm mowing the grass. See you at the field.
The forecast I was looking at is showing that Saturday looks pretty good for the Fun Fly.
