Good evening guys. I have recently purchased a top flight Stinson gold edition. The plane has been in the air and fly's great. I have a quadra 35 cc installed. Anyway my question is the wing struts say if you plan to do aggressive miniver s to make the wing struts load bearing. I plan to just fly "scale" nice easy relaxing type flying. Would you still make these load bearing or just leave them as is for easy installation? And would someone be able to help me if so?

Trevor, I've seen you fly! Make them load bearing. Should be everything you need for doing it in the instruction manual.

Lol thanks Dave. I was leaning towards that answer. I have come to fly scale planes scale and sport planes sporty aka fast. Saves the wallet a bit

Thinking it's the smart way to go, especially if you're not 100% confident that the original builder did everything perfectly.
