Gents, the May issue of the MAAC newsletter is now available for download. In this issue a report on the recent MAAC annual meeting in Halifax, a report on the recent valley gathering, an item by Vic Rusgys on his new self designed sopwith triplane, some nice aerial photos of the Avon club field shot by John Liddard on April 25th while he and Marilyn were out for a flight and members were there flying,....and much more. Many many thanks to all the contributors. The newsletter continues to get better thanks to those zone members who are increasingly sending me items. It's so nice to have all that material and to have to keep an eye on the growing size as I edit it so we can easily email it each month. A quite nice problem to have really, Thanks Folks!! www.asrcm.ns.ca/files/May_2017_newsletter.pdf

Lol, what I meant was the final file can only be say a bit over nine megs. It seems today email mailboxes have a 10 meg limit for most people, so if I go over that, the newsletter doesn't make it to everyone. I host it also on the ASRCM forum, but people who don't register there can't get it, same for dropbox which is ideal IMHO but not everyone has dropbox. Anyway gotta keep it under 10 megs which last summer got difficult and looks like it might again soon lol Better that though than not enough material.
