With most of the Goldberg kits I have seen, the fuselage can be assembled and held together with elastic bands or clamps. Run some thin or medium ca along all of the joints, then take the bands off. Epoxy can get heavy in a hurry, so I wouldn't recommend it for general assembly. It is needed to attach firewalls and wing joining where strength is required. If you are allergic to ca glues, white glue or carpenters glue can be used.
Cheers!

As I'd mentioned at the Hobby show, be sure to sand the lite ply first, otherwise the CA will soak into all the voids, and not do it's job. Wicking some thin CA along the inside of the joints (go easy on it), and then a very small fillet of medium, and it should be bulletproof. Lite Ply doesn't react like Balsa, don't glue it, wait 2 seconds, and yank the elastics off, it can take a minute or two to set up. Any areas that have small gaps, simply fill with baby powder, and apply tiny drops of thin CA, and voila, super glue filler.

I did the sanding and then used medium CA in the centre of the peices and then did the outsides with the thin CA. Seems solid enough. I carry on tonight. I'll be adding the new pipctures to the link in my first post (Google Drive account) and repost the link once in a while... Build Pictures

Watch with CA on the outsides, ply isn't as bad as balsa, but when you go to sand, the areas that have CA on them, are considerably harder than the wood alone. Sanding will then tend to dig out wood, and not the CA areas, leaving a pot-holed surface.

I picked up an Evolution 15cc not too long ago. A little lighter than I expected but Dave and a few others rave about them.

I would love to see it. My 10cc is tiny... Build is going well. We should set a time for you to come over and take a look.

wow, I've never been allowed inside Chez Marc. I think he's afraid I'll figure a way to steal a pile of his kits.

So lots of work has been completed since my last post. Wing is now 95% complete and should be ready to cover later this week. Fuse is about 80%. My goal is to have her ready for the maden on the Sep long weekend.
