This is my Hawk 75 converted topflite P40, that I have been building since the late summer. Painted with acrylic house paint and a cheap spray gun I picked up at Princess Auto. Really like that setup. Mix my own colours, no odour and cheap. Eflite 95° rotating retracts DLE 20cc gas engine Callie Graphics 10.1 pounds

A lot of Axis planes being worked on this year, might be scary for the Spits, Mustangs and Thunderbolts out there!

Thanx all, Yah, I like things a little different. I chose the 'axis' soley on the visibility from the ground. I did look at the Battle of France schemes but wanted somthing that would stick out against grey clouds. There are so many different types of planes out there that can make nice flying models. But manufactures focus on the late european war period, and 'new' people only see what is offered by manufactures so they get hooked on tha same old stuff. A nasty cycle.
I got a notice that my struts have shipped so I will have to upgrade the landing gear.
Marc
