Just had a chat w Tracey, the Royal Flush lady driver
For some reason we got moved from Wed to Fridays
She will tell them Wed w 1 hour Heads-up
In meantime, I'll meet her at gate today for 1315 so it can be serviced for the weekend

WTF is going on with the company this year? The Driver seems to be great ....it is the office that is messing us up.

I believe they moved us to Friday since main gate open on Friday but I told the driver we want Wed since beach folks don't have airfield key. So they have to do two trips to McDonald. One on Wed for us and other one for beach likely Friday)

Called Royal Flush a few minutes ago. everything is setup for them to call me tomorrow (1hr prior) to service porta pottie.
Fingers crossed it works this time.

Crossed fingers worked .....but not without several phone calls. Random chance was on my side. after calling office , dispatch called me back saying the driver would not be able to make it until later today (that was at 3pm). I arranged to have it serviced another day. as I was leaving turning off runway onto the gravel road I came head to head with the royal flush truck. He had been driving by and noticed the gate was shadow locked and decided to come in and see if anyone was there. (he didn't have my phone #) Office had not given contact phone # to the driver and he was about to call Vic, the only number he had in his phone. Office had not contacted driver via radio. So you tell me where the problem lies here?
Rocket got serviced today but in two weeks time I won't be able to be the contact guy as I have a medical appt damn in the middle of the day so won't be available (3 Aug)
