Kind of windy this morning, was wondering if a little later in the day if it lightens up if there is any interest in going to the field? And supposed to be less wind tomorrow.

Dave what forecast are you looking at ? The winds are forecast to be higher tomorrow! 23 gusting to 35KPH! too windy for me. Indoor this morning produced the normal amount of carnage. Only 8 brave souls showed up but we had a hoot.

LOL....Kevin when I posted that I had not checked any sights and was just voicing hopeful thoughts for good flying conditions but when I do I look at a surf report and at windy to see the wind conditions which in fact have been very accurate, and yes, checked them and see unfavorable conditions but sorry i still have hope.... lol

Hey Dave; You can't trust the weather people around here. This morning was completely flyable. I would be interested in giving tomorrow morning a try. If it is windy, off to the slope I go. Kevin Baker Aka Scooterboy

Well it turned out that the wind increased fairly early in the day from the South West. So no go for the Shearwater field. However; it was perfect conditionals at the Lawrencetown slope. I flew for about an hour or so until the transmitter got low. T shirt weather in November in Lawrencetown is very rare. What a treat. Kevin
