I took a motor apart to find out what was binding. come to find out there was a small amount of glue protruding from between adjacent magnets which was rubbing on the rotor and I was able to remove it. upon reassembly of the motor the Split ring that holds it all together went flying from tension. Haven't been able to find it anywhere on or around my work table. it is a 3mm split ring but I'm betting a 3mm e-clip would also work. Any one have one ? I'm looking online but have to buy a package of assorted rings from 100-300 pieces to get the one ring I need.

Absolutely correct Bill. Thanks for the link. now I don't have to buy 100s to get one.
Thanks again

Try Strictly Hydraulics in Burnside. This store is on Trider Cresent. They may be a good source for that item.. if not they may be able to direct you a place. There is an electrical place on Weston Ct. In Burnside that may be of help, it is called Jentronics. This place is behind the Leon’s furniture place.
