Things needed: 4 l. vinegar the least expensive to buy this is at the Dollar Store on Tacoma Drive. It costs two bucks. 1 kg (regular standard box you buy for home use) of table salt 1 cup of dish detergent 1 garden sprayer Heat the vinegar in a large pot on the stove. You can add the salt at the same time. Stir until all the salt has gone into solution. Take the pot off the stove and then add your dish detergent. Put total mixture into your sprayer and take care of the weeds. Broad leaf plants die off fast and first. Grass and other vegetation follows shortly after.

Does this work better than Javex and water ? Im looking for a better solution to stop the weeds from destroying the driveway even further till I win the lotto and able to re -pave......?

Worked extremely well on our runway, so much so I intend to use it on our driveway ;-)
