Ok Folks (and Dave)
Understanding that I'm a total newbie when it comes to gas - I have a few questions
I've got a Zenoah 26 that's mounted on Dave's old Decathlon (GP I think). The Zenoah G26 uses a 25-40: 1 mix. But hold on, I also have an Evo 15 CC that uses 32:1 mix (will be mounted this winter)
1) Would it make sense to use one fuel container with 32:1 for the Zenoah and 15 cc? What about the DLE 20 (T34 engine) that states 30:1 ratio Can they all work at 32:1 or 31:1?
2) If not, how do you guys manage all these varying gas/mix requirements?
3) What type of oil and gas do you use, 2 stroke premium and premium gas?
Any tips appreciated.
I just purchased a small 5 litre tank at Cdn Tire and will be attaching gas pump to it.
Dave: Can you confirm the Decatlhon is a GP kit? I need to measure throws. Also, the Zenoah 26 does not appear to have lots of servo throw (maybe 35%) from full on to full off

YES. Most will run on regular gas. All you need, you're not flying 3-D. I'd go for the richer compromise, 32:1 for all. That's just me. Kit is a Dynaflite, and I thought I gave you the manual! As for the throws for the throttle, there's not a lot of throw required, to go from idle to full bore. Adjust your end points so that you use the entire range of the throttle stick, to get the carb to go from idle to full. Told you you should bring it all over to my house! lol

Good quality oil for small 2 stroke engines, go to the rental place on Cole Harbour Rd, just past the Forest Hills Parkway intersection, and ask for their best oil. Well worth it.

Marc As Dave said, get top quality oil it'll help the engine last longer, and will let you use one ratio of mix for a few engines. My favorite is redline.
