Guys,
I am in the process of building a unique wartime Piper Cub from the remains of a Sig 1/6th scale Cub kit.
Most of the bare airframe has been built, except that the wings are of the "clipped-wing" variety. Rather than try to modify these to create the full-wing, I am going to build a new set of 70" wings from scratch.
Does anyone out there have a set of the original Sig plans for this kit that they would be willing to sell or loan to me for a short time?
Thanks, Vic

I have that kit and you can borrow it to make rib templates and copy or use the plans . Can't wait to see her fly.

Yes, that's the one. Very interesting history for that aircraft, and given that my heritage is Lithuanian, I thought it very appropriate.
Particularly because I didn't wish to restructure the already complete fuselage to represent an L-4, which is obviously the most common Piper warbird. There aren't many non-L-4 type Cubs which were used by the military - your Navy NE-1 being one of the few, and I didn't want to copy yours, Marc.

Vic,
That is awesome! I'm going to try and finish the clipped wing for my CG Cub for this season... It would be cool to have all three fly off the field at the same time...
