So where is the cheapest place to have plans printed. I have set in PDF format that are quite large. Kinkos quoted me about 20$ a sheet and there are 3 sheets. Staples couldn't do it as they were too large for their plotter machine.

Chris Dean of HEFA does mine. His shop is kwik copy, 170 Joseph zatsman drive, Burnside. Not sure how large he can print, but he flies and knows the hobby.

Well I got a set of plans for a 91" Extra 300 that a fellow on Flying Giants drew up. Really nice airplane but still a little big for me. So I'm going to get them reduced to 80% for a 73" span plane. I have the 30cc engine and everything else I need. So building from plans I have a goal of 10lb max airframe.

Buy lots of carbon fibre, and make everything out of that. Titanium engine mounts, and wing tube. Avoid the 5 pound wing tube that comes with the AK models Sukhoi!!!! I really have to find a lighter tube for this thing.

oh yah, i have it all mapped out. carbon gear, and tubes. I plan to cut out as many swiss cheese holes as i can and use the lightest gear possible.
for tubes look at graphtech. they have pretty much any size you will need.
